The LA 08 Integrated Supervisory Unit provides constant monitoring of the public address system's power amplifier as well as loudspeaker lines. The unit is designed to work seamlessly with AEX Series Power Amplifier, providing real-time monitoring of amplifier for faults with automatic changeover to stand-by amplifier.

The unit also provides constant surveillance of up to 8 loudspeaker lines, monitoring for short circuits, open circuits and ground leaks. Utilising high precision line driver impedance checking methodology, normally found only in precision measurement instrumentations, the LA 08 provides constant monitoring of up to 1 km of loudspeaker lines and allows for monitoring of branched loudspeaker network and audio attenuator insertion with minimal setup requirements.

With a button panel at the front for user control and built-in aural indicator for fault, the LA 08 is truly a complete multi-function package for monitoring and surveillance of two of the most critical paths of any public address system.

The unit is capable of interfacing with eX 800 Series Digital Matrix Systems for remote monitoring, fault event logging and notification.
